GUI

Also known as: Graphical User Interface
Related to: UI, CLI

A Graphical User Interface (GUI) is a type of User Interface with a graphical aspect to it, like a website for example. By contrast, a CLI (Command Line Interface) is a non-graphic User Interface.

Some people pronounce GUI as "gooey".

When developers refer to the design of a website, we typically say "UI" instead of "GUI" even though GUI is probably more accurate.
